A golden beer, a head is big and blond. Aroma has fruitness, floral, some earthyness, aromatic. Taste has fruitness, riped fruitness, dried apricot, floral notes. Medium bodied. Balanced and nice.

2022 vintage. Straw colored, slightly hazy body, with almost no head. Aroma of white grapes, apricot, citrus, subtle vinegar. Tastes similar. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes medium sour, dry, vinous, with white grapes, some stone fruits. Very elegant, with beautiful fruit notes and just enough acidity. Characterful, balanced stuff! Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 17

From 0,75l bottle at Nicos. Light yellow hazy color, small white head. smells funky, vinous, horseradish, grassy, peppery, some stone fruits notes. Nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes peppery, grassy, vinous, marzipan, earthy, light candy, lime. finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of lime, lightly vinous and grassy notes. Very nice one, loved the grape notes

Vintage 2021. Yellow, moderate hazy body, with a small head. Aroma of funk, lemon, white wine, grapes, some spices, slight vanilla. Tastes similar. Medium, slick mouthfeel, moderate carbonation. Finishes perfectly balanced, smooth and elegant, medium vinous, fruity. The balance is outstanding here, with beautiful vinous and fruity notes and characterful funk notes. Drinks so elegant, enjoyed this big time! Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 5 / 17

Cola coloured beer with some B.C."H." bubbles, pouring viscously. Chocolate, chocolatewafers, rather sweet. Bit raisins, dark green leaves. Sweet and dull-bitterish flavour. Again dark green leaves, but also pine needles. Well-bodied, quite slick to viscous, some alcoholheat. It's not really subtle, and, alas, not quite characterfull. At least it makes for a more than decent nightcap.

2022 edition. Pours very light, pale lemonyellow. Scent is full, bit lactic, woody notes. herbal, green citrus. Clear funk, Am-lam style. Taste is sharp, mildly tart, dry. Fruit is a bit herbal, green citrus. Not much wood here, if any. Easy and light. Refreshing.

Wonderful. Thankfully no chai tea. Although this is 80% saison and 20% mixed ferm, the acidity of the mixed ferm is most prominent. Not what I was looking for but it's darn good.
