Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy orangish golden, white head. Aroma: Floral, subtle funky and fruity, wood. Taste: Light tart and lightly sweet and bitter. Floral, fruity hints (blueberry, blackberry mainly), subtle funky, oak wood and hints of vanillla and spicy Saison yeast. Medium body, below average carbonation. Well balanced, nice complexity.

750ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, golden colour with small, frothy, diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Spicy, pale and wheaty malty as well as yeasty spicy and minimally tangy aroma, notes of mustard seed, dill, brine. Taste is tart, tangy, mildly funky, yeasty spicy, minimally bready, pale and wheaty malty basis, hints of brine, mustard seed, dill, a touch of vinegar.

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fa' (Rome). Borgogna carico, leggende torbida, schiuma bianca leggera, abbastanza persistente. Al naso note vinose, di frutta rossa, citrico, balsamico, mentuccia, leggero acetico. In bocca è acida media, tart, citrica, vinosa, leggero acetico. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Andrebbe rifinita un po' per darle più gentilezza ed eleganza, ma è un bel bere.
