Pour is a clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is white wine and peaches. Flavor is white wine with yeast funk and bitter orange peel with a little vinegar and sour green apple. Finish is bone dry and leaves a little funk on the tongue with the yeast. This was a fun beer to try.

(2024 bottle) Pours golden with a slight haze and a small head. Tart aroma with notes of old cellars, cheese, nettles, grapes and white wine. Tart flavour with notes of rhubarbs, nettles, white wine and ripe apples.

Bottle. Color: Lightly hazy pale golden, large white head. Aroma: Malty, herbal and smoky notes. Taste: Malty, swetish, stone fruit notes, subtle smoky and floral / herbal. Medium body, above average carbonation. Light to moderate sweet and bitter.

Sample just over BBd Head gone in seconds; clear pale golden beer. Lightly sourish with the typical Brettanomyces digit. Orangepeel - bit moldy - other citrus and very faraway paint. Lactic acid, lemon, wild yeasts - here the Lactobacillus winning it from the Bretts. There is some mild acidburn, in a nice, galvanic way. Very light, and after the pouring, not much carbonation left. Nice, bit surprising beer, refreshing. Txs to Stef!
