Poured from the tap. Opaque gold with small white head. Melon and citrus hops, feint grass hops. Decent.

Opaque, pale. No head. Lots of coconut and passionfruit on this one. Medium bitterness and a citrusy sort of hop note.

Poured from the tap. Slightly cloudy yellow with minimal white head. Passionfruit, coconut, vanilla, not the best quality of any of the flavours, but they are all identifiably there. Feint dry hop finish. Fine.

Can. Hazy, pale, medium head. Hoppy nose, like a beer and leek soup. Now whether that’s Welsh leek or Persian I can’t quite pin down. Other than the hop it’s got pretty good structure after letting it mellow a couple of months. Solid malt, alcohol to round out the finish and even some citrus accents to the hop. For a beer that was probably a maillard reaction away from congyoubing when it was released, this isn’t bad.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Blond colour, murky to cloudy. Strong smell of onion, garlic scapes. It's fairly dry, a bit chalky, oaty; it opens up a bit getting warmer, maybe sweeter then, still with very strong garlic character, and some hop resins, a bit of pith. Quite unique, but unrefined.

Nice milky yellow body and good orange julius style foam. Smells of nice dank melon, chewy pine. Taste is bitter dank pine, ending smooth and oily. Nicely made, if a little simple.

16oz on Alex's porch. Appearance: cloudy blonde with a white head. Aroma: onions, garlicky, some light tropical fruits that are hardly recognized on top of the 2 vegetables. Taste: more on the tropical fruits side fortunately. Overall: ok.

Re-rate: Poured from 473mL can (thanks fiulijn). Murky yellow with yeast floaties and small white head. Aroma has a bit of onion, but taste is more pithy citrus hops. Chalk isn't too bad, despite how it looks. Decent. May 16, 2022 (7/3/7/3/16=3.6): Poured from the tap @Bells & Whistles Fraser. Super murky dull yellow with small white head. Lots of citrus hops, lots of yeast, hint of alcohol. Despite the yeast soup, it’s still decent.

Hazy yellow with a decent white head. Nice juicy orange with some dank notes. Much like the nose. Quite solid.
