Troebel donkergeel bier met veel bezinksel. Smaak is vrij vlak, licht zoet, licht hoppig en niet echt uitgesproken. Valt wat tegen als je de beschrijving leest, had er meer van verwacht.

The Aramis version, tasted side by side with the two others. Same looks as the 30: dense, moussy, egg-white head over a hazy peachy golden blonde beer. Aroma of orange peel, caramel, honey, field flowers, dry cookies, sweet biscuit, lime zest, lemongrass. Crisp, fruity taste, sweetish biscuity flavour which strangely seems a tad more pronounced here than in the others, aromatic hop finish with lemony touch, lightly spicy and floral, bitterish but not extremely so, elegant. Probably the best balanced of the three, but on a par with the Chinook version to me.

The Wai-Ti version in this newish series of single hop beers, tasted side by side with the two other ones. Very thick and moussy, dense, egg-white head, hazy peach blonde colour. Aroma of lemon blossom, passion fruit, sourish grains, bitter honey, biscuit, apple peel, some banana. Crisp, light fruity taste, apple peel, touch lemon zest and banana accent, soft carbo, sweetish graininess, supple, long herbal and aromatically citrusy hop bitterness in the end, but both the bittering power and the aroma remain relatively subtle. Highly quaffable but to me the least appealing of the three.

Hazy dark blond with thick creamy head. Has a bit more body than the 30 and 60. Has an earthy hop taste.

Corked bottle from Barrique Odijk, BB 25/03/17, large sample. Hazy golden color, short dying head, lots of yeasty chunks. Aroma is spicy, bit nutty, cardamom? Coriander? Bit sweet in taste, caramel, spicy, soft bitterness. Carbonation has big bubbles. Flavor is ok, but the beer looks horrible, although presentation with the 37.5 cl corked bottle is good. Content is basic boring belgian blonde. Seems they put more effort in marketing instead of the beer itself. Meh.
