Huge, fine & dense white head, fed by lively carbonated, fully hazy straw-yellow beer. End of bottle solid yeast. Spicy, herbal nose; green leaves, finish yields some chamomille. Bitter with a fine hint at maltsweetness underneath. Finish is more metallic bitterness, lingering, but always with spicy/herbal notes. Medium bodied at best, but quite slick and quite well-carbonated. Not bad, certainly not for French hops. Easily drinkable despite a good bitterbite.

Very good & dense off-white head over hazy ochre-yellow beer. Creamy nose, pale malts, (dry) herbs. Bitter, spicy, bit peppery. Garden herbs & weeds, wild-tasting hops. Medium bodied, quite slick, long dry bittereffect in the throat. Not very distinctive.

33 cl bottle @ Oud Arsenaal, Antwerp
Aroma is rather mild with some sweet apricot and fruit candy. Also perfume. A foamy and a bit fizzy palate. Flavour has biscuits, some ripeish fruits and some mild mint notes. Becomes malty at the middle of the glass.

33 cl bottle @ Oud Arsenaal, Antwerp
Aroma is odd with strong gooseberry bush tones, baking stuff, yeast and hay. Flavour has worty notes, some apricot and biscuits. Also gooseberry bush. Messy, slightly worty and unusual. Quite far from 60.

Aroma is mild with soapy citrus and mild hayish notes. Flavour has apricot, soapy citrus and mild spices. Very foamy palate. Decent and even a bit refreshing. Feels rather refreshing at the end of the glass with some spicy tones.
