Huge, bit fluffy pink head, over hazy red to terra cotta beer with sticky lacerings on the glas. Watered red fruitjam, viervruchten with raspberry most prominent. Red fruitjuice, both sweetish and lightly acidic. Fruitacids, almost ripe raspberry, hint of sourish apple. Childrens' drink. Light body, bit slickness seemingly coming from the fruitjuice, getting almost a tad sticky. Not really what we're looking for, no?

Nose of waffles, cinnamon, spices but also dry and bitter and easy drinkable. Not cloying sweet, interesting pastry ale.

Small, if stable white head over almost clear golden beer. Fruity esters with especially passion fruit. Further grapefruit, nectarine, and a bit of chalk. Pineapple, more chalk, putty, passion fruit. Bit perfumey retronasal, going towards amandine, citrus. All C-hops, and it shows. Bit slick, light bodied, good. A bit easy. And it's an IPL, in my opinion, rather than the 'other Liégeois pils'.

Small cream-coloured head over very deep dark brown beer. Coffee, mocha, sweet coffeesweets, sweet roast. Bit salty in the nose! Sweet coffee, but with a drier, bit woody finish. Liquorice, and retronasal, it regains this salty touch. More than medium bodied, very slick. Well carbonated. Not bad, but all the same middle-of-the-road stout.

Small yellow-cream head, receding over veiled red-copper beer. Grapey nose, raisins, caramel, lupulin, but also partly oxydized hops. Dry, straw-like, bitterish. Extremely dry, hopoil-intoned. Some fruity esters, again a bit of caramel; sultana's, and also spring onion. Faintly liqueurish. Hopoil for slickness, almost sticky; full MF. Good carbonation. Seems somehow stronger than this 6.2%; really bone-dry. Quite good, IMHO.

22/XI/22 - 33cl bottle @ HoReCa expo (Gent), BB: 21/IX/23 10:02 (2022-1663) Thanks to Erwin, Peter and others for sharing today’s beers.
Clear bright pale red beer, small aery irregular light pink head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: fruity indeed, some cherries, but also very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, more cherries, very rural impression overall. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: lots of cherries, raspberries, gentle acidity, a bit of artificial fruity flavourings, candy impression. Aftertaste: fruity, bubble gum, strawberries, cherries, some raspberry jam, nice but a little too much in your face with al the fruits.

Clear pale straw yellow beer, small creamy white irregular head, stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: nice, a bit dank, some tropical fruits, malty, grains, hay, some cow fodder, grapefruit. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: gentle bitterness, malty, grains, a bit of sulphur. Aftertaste: bitter, malty, grains, a bit metallic, some citrus notes, decent but not great. What happened to all those awesome hops?? I can barely smell or taste them.
