Can from Total Wine in Vacaville, CA. Pours hazy grapefruit with a large frothy white head. Aroma has a lot of coconut. Med body or so. Lots of tropicals, but not exactly juicy and pretty dry. Moderately bitter. Coconut, melon, some citrus. Even an earth note.

Clear golden colour with no head. Aroma of yellow stone fruit and lots of wood. Starts tart and vinous. Lots of fruit, peach. Really dry from the barrel. Tangy, mouthwatering finish like sour candies.

Can vie Beer Republic. Med-thin body, medium carbonation. Med-high bitterness, med-light sweetness. Medium caramelly oxidation, hoppy goodness is kinda lost here. Moderate grassy, citrusy zesty hops character, a bit dank. Drinkable, good, but feels staleish.

Can at BBT 2/2024. Very well attenuated, med-high bitterness, light sweetness. ABV hidden very well, only background warmth. Med-high citrusy hops character. A bit of caramelly oxidation, but not too much. Good, easy drinking.

BBT 02/2024. Golden color with white head. Aroma of citrus hops, zest, light oxidation. Taste is hop centered with citrus, zest, light lines. Very light oxidation. Still enjoyable.
