On tap at Bottlecraft - North Park, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has a wonderful hop tang, with white wine tang and gooseberry. Flavour has bright piney hops, a nice white wine hop tang, and a dry biscuity malt base. Tangy, piney, white wine finish. This is fantastic.

Last beer on my second four beer flight at the bar in Whole Foods, Laguna Niguel on 4th September 2025. What a beer to finish on, loved it. Black bodied, beige roof of tight bubbly foam. Rich body depth, malty, semi sweet dark fruits blend in with smooth molasses. Well crafted Imp Stout in my eyes.

Lots of hop expression, not a crisp clean enough malt profile. Lemon, berry, tropical. Afret the ball is over, Just at the break of dawn. After the dance is ended; And all the stars are gone; Many is the heart that’s aching, If you could read them all.
