Half-pint, cask ale, shared with Finn at Brinkburn Street Brewery. Remaining off-white head over a near-black body, upper part lacing. Inviting aromas of berry skins and dark malts. Fine balanced taste of raspberries offset by chocolate malts. Dark chocolate and dark berries to the ending. Like it. Off course, the name of the beer reminds me of the great song by the Animals from 1964, the beer is also a tribute to the band - extra score for the name! (Byker - Newcastle upon Tyne, 20.03.2024).
