16/9/2023. Bottle at the Vojens GP beer share. From CentrAle, Newcastle. Pours clear bright amber bronze with a small frothy off-white head. Good looking beer. Aroma is malty, caramel, berries, pine, touch of spice. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness with a touch of tart. Moderate body, slightly oily, soft carbonation. Not bad.

Tap at brewpub, Byker. Opaque colour and steady brownish head. Toasted, berryish aroma. Medium-bodied. Sweet, sugary, under the sweetness toastyness and raspberry with earthy notes. Way too sweet for me.
