About
In 2012, The Harbour Brewing Co. was just a fledgling idea: to brew proper beer reflecting the land (and shores) from where it came. Taking the best raw ingredients - awesome hops, Cornish spring water tapped straight from the source - and bringing them to life through dedication to technique. The concept evolved by the ocean - hence, 'Harbour' - but the beer came into being on the farm. There is joy in returning to the roots of the ingredients. And the heritage of the space, of the land, of the ocean, remain our inspiration. Everything clicks; the farm is Harbour's home.

330ml can: BBE May 2022. Part of a mixed four pack, a present, most likely from Aldi! Anyway this poured a slightly misty pale golden colour and had a decent white head. Nose and taste held citrus notes with lemon and grapefruit to the fore. Semi-sweet overall though.

Can or bottle at Hawksmoor, Guildhall, London, 13th October 2021. Pours clearish, aroma has a sharp edge and citrus. Taste is citrus, the sharpness is there, a little watery, but OK

440ml can bought from ASDA and drunk at home. Golden and clear with a fluffy white head. Light grainy aroma, some lemon curd with floral notes. Initial taste is sweet but a hoppy bitterness kicks in quickly with a drier short finish. Heavy carbonation. It's a pretty complex little beer.
