Description
In 2012, The Harbour Brewing Co. was just a fledgling idea: to brew proper beer reflecting the land (and shores) from where it came. Taking the best raw ingredients - awesome hops, Cornish spring water tapped straight from the source - and bringing them to life through dedication to technique. The concept evolved by the ocean - hence, 'Harbour' - but the beer came into being on the farm. There is joy in returning to the roots of the ingredients. And the heritage of the space, of the land, of the ocean, remain our inspiration.
Everything clicks; the farm is Harbour's home.

Can at St. John Marylebone. It pours clear yellow with a small frothy white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, nice topical and citrus fruit character, handful of dolly mixtures, melon, juiciness and quite clean. The taste is crisp upfront, bitterness ramps up a bit, bitter - sweet character, tropical fruits, fruit cocktail, zingy citrus, bready malt base, hint of alcohol and a touch of greenness with a dry, form finish. Medium body and moderate. Decent enough fairly robust IPA

Claims to be a Cold IPA. Looks like a Lager. Tastes like a Pale Ale. Definitely the least impressive Harbour beer that I've drunk
