All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, fruity/acidic yeast, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/drying finish, not overly lactic. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Perfectly balanced between nicely jammy raspberries, Lacto complexity, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. Feels like a lot of Mosaic/Citra. Super juicy hops/fruit, with light dankness; perfectly balanced lactose, and wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours near black with a brown head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a nice coffee note with sweet grains and a hint of roasted malts underlying. Flavor combines sweet dark grains and coffee with a hint of roasted malts backing.
