16 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but was just released. Pours moderately hazy ruby red/orange/pink color with a 1-2 finger dense and fluffy light pink head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of raspberries, fruity/acidic yeast, and pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and light spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of juicy/tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, fruity/acidic yeast, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tartness, tangy fruit, and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and fairly acidic/tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is an outstanding fruited Berliner weisse. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, fruity/acidic yeast, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/drying finish, not overly lactic. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Perfectly balanced between nicely jammy raspberries, Lacto complexity, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. A highly enjoyable offering, and impressive spot on style example.

Pours very hazy deep golden amber/light orange color with a 1 finger dense and rocky off white head with awesome retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense creamy soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, blood orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, light peppercorn/pine, vanilla, cream, wheat, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, oranges, lactose, vanilla, and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of huge tangerine, blood orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, light peppercorn/pine, vanilla, cream, wheat, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Mild pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness; and citrus tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, blood orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, light peppercorn/pine, vanilla, cream, wheat, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, oranges, lactose, vanilla, and bready malt flavors; with a solid malt/bitterness and tart/tangy fruit balance; with no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and tart/tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready/grainy, and lightly sticky/acidic/tangy mouthfeel that is fantastic. Slight lingering resins through the glass. Minimal warming alcohol for 7%. Overall this is an incredible milkshake NEIPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, oranges, lactose, vanilla, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mildly bitter/tart/tangy/drying finish; fantastically soft feel. Feels like a lot of Mosaic/Citra. Super juicy hops/fruit, with light dankness; perfectly balanced lactose, and wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazingly spot on style example.

Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, sticky/resinous/rindy, and fairly crisp balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 7.7%. Overall this is an awesome IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth, easy, and fairly crisp to drink with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish; not overly aggressive. Feels like Columbus, Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe. Extremely vibrant, juicy, dank, and earthy balanced hop complexity; with a great balancing bready malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness from crisp resin dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and impressive style example.

All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/refreshing to drink, with the mellowly bitter/drying finish. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Feels like a lot of Mosaic. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hop complexity; with a great clean balanced pale/wheat malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and well made base style example.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours near black with a brown head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a nice coffee note with sweet grains and a hint of roasted malts underlying. Flavor combines sweet dark grains and coffee with a hint of roasted malts backing.
