Super hazy orange, golden and softer copper glow with a thinnish pure white head that fades very quickly and leaves just about nothing on top. Aroma of wheat, grasses, apricots, peaches and a dry scent with some flowers, but fairly mild in the nose. Light to Medium-bodied; Fairly crisp and dry wheatie and malt notes show at first with a light fruity quality and a softer sweetness, but the floral and perfumey flavours hit a bit harder, especially with the oranges, lemongrass and herbal punch at the very end. Aftertaste shows a very dry and wheatie finish with a lot of lemongrass and herbal notes, but a smooth fruity flavour at the end that is more of the curacao and banana bite that you'd expect from a wheat, but punching a bit more bitter and dry than typical and fairly in-line with a saison. Overall, a pretty nice, dry and flavourful saison that bridges to a german wheat or an unfiltered hefe with a plentiful sweetness throughout that shows nicely and gives a complexity to a fairly easy-drinking style. Overall, worth trying to find and enjoyable, especially during the warmer, summer season while bringing out some nice notes that aren't typically seen here - great on a such a hot day here in Washington! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Knightly Spirits in Orlando (Orange Blossom Trail), Florida on 13-February-2021 for US$4,74, canned on 18-May-2020, sampled at my house here in Washington on 06-July-2021.

16 oz. can from Orange & Brew, dated 2/1/21. Dense hazy yellow color, under a foamy, slightly fizzy head. Some pineapple juice in the nose, and a bit of milky coconut. Initial impression was a thick mouthfeel, with that pineapple and coconut dominating. Not much else about this says beer, I'm afraid. Alcohol is pretty quiet, but will probably hit me as I finish the can.

750 ml bottle shared by my daughter from Tavour. Nose is cocoa, with light amounts of coconut, peanuts, and roast. Black with a small cinnamon tan head. Flavor is sweet chocolate with hints of an Almond Joy bar. Nothing spectacular compared to the bunches of pastry stouts I’ve had.
