Pour is a clear amber with a large white head. Aroma is cinnamon and nutmeg. Flavor is cinnamon and nutmeg with some ginger and bitter orange peel. All of your holiday spices are here. Not an over the top amount but just enough to make this enjoyable.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Near black with minimal light beige head. Aroma is very woody, mild bourbon and cognac notes, woody barrel bomb, but without being overly boozy, smooth. The woodiness almost overpowers though. Medium body with feint hint of chocolatey roast.

Brewery draught, as pictured, 11/25/25.
Pretty round and easygoing fir this hop. Some very minor wood but mostly juicy yellow fruits backed by white bread-like malts. Hints of lemon, pine and grapefruit. Clean.
Soft and malty with lemon and stone fruit. Surprisingly low bitterness. Low woodiness with big orange and grapefruit

Brewery draught, 11/25/25, as pictured.
Crusty bread and peppery hops with earth and light floral notes. Maybe a touch heavy on the bread, but clean and well-hopped.
Sourdough and rich bread with good pepper and a good malt texture. Nice and dry and crisp.

Great, great name. Pretty standard red IPA with a tasteful amount of spruce. Could stand some more malt softness, as the medium malts, PNW hops and spruce all push it in a very dry and bitter direction. But it's still malty and well-made stuff.
