Blueberry Maple Rye Stout from Imprint Beer Company

This is a brilliant blend of both blueberries and maple. Way superior to the Great Notion attempt. Would pair great at breakfast. Tottenham lose the first leg of their CL knockout game vs AC Milan at the San Siro.

500 ml bottle. Aroma is bold with caramel, coffee bean, coconut. Flavor is rich with the coconut showing up front. Rich chocolate and mild coffee toward the finish. Full body with a smooth texture. Really nice stout!

Whoa. Pours a sludgy purple from a can. Huge berry and cake aroma, sweet cream as well. Same flavor. Not really tart. Interesting. Okay beer.

Sampled at Birch & Barley. Pours an oily brown/black with a ring of more reddish head. This one looked different. Lotta cinnamon and pepper but it helped balance. Malt and molasses lead with some spice and raisinette too.

16oz can from Tavour. Muddy blueberry colored pour. Aroma brings plenty of berry notes, vanilla. Taste arrives on a thick sludgy body with lots of blueberry and cake notes behind. Not a disappointment.
