Bottle. Pours a dark amber color with a small off white head that diminishes rather quickly. The aroma is a fruity malt with some licorice. Very little lacing on the glass. The taste is a roasted malt with a spicy fruit finish. A great session beer and easy to drink from Matt.

12oz bottle-pours a light tan head and copper color. Aroma is medium malt-caramel, fruit. Taste is medium malt-caramel, fruit, secondary spicy/earthy hops. Light body. OK carbonation.

2007 bottle...golden orange, pretty hue...white froth that doesn’t stay long...smelly like grainy strawberries...nice kiddie cereal aroma, its fun like that prize you root for in the bottom of the box....flavor is almost exactly like the aroma, except its watery...very easy to drink, a nice brew...have bought before, and will buy again...goes great with a day of fishing for seaweed and a buzz

This lager poured a light yellow colour with a white rocky head. to the nose there was scents of strawberrys, cream, sweet malt. First taste was very thin and full of strawberry flavour. Carbonation was a little strong and it didn’t have much of a finish other than the strawberry flavour. After a while I think I could get a little hopp???

Honey and grain aroma. Moderately dark amber color, medium tan head, good lacing. Pretty dull flavor, only slightly more flavorful than seltzer. Fantastic cilantro and lime finish. It seems like an awful waste of good ingredients. Something is amiss in the process.

Strawberry aroma, artificial but a good rendition of the real thing. Golden color, no head. Strawberry taste, but less realistic. Weak grass finish. It tastes alright, but not so great on the beer scale. It’s too much like diluted "Red Pop". Folks down in the South know what that is.

bottle - Pours amber with a one finger head and a caramel malt dominated aroma. The flavor is sweet caramel malt with a mild hops bite and lightly bitter finish. It’s on the thin side and is an ok session brew when better isn’t available.
