Bottle, courtesy of Meilby’s mom. Close to black in the glass, with a dense, finger-thick dark beige head leaving lacing. The aroma is rather roasted, with caramel sauce notes, Coffee too. It’s dry and full- to medium-bodied, softly carbonated and quite dry. Roasted malts, coffee, some caramel and bread crust and a nice hoppy bitterness in the flavor. Long roasted malts dominated finish. Sure a fine brew. 151124

Bottle, courtesy of Meilby’s mom. A hazy copper colored beer topped by a dense, finger-thick beige head pulling down curtains. The aroma is rather neutral, with some bready caramel notes and a certain fruityness. Much less yeasty than the other ones I’ve had from this brewery. Still some though. Soft bitterness in the mouth, with orange zest and pine cones. A malty touch in the back. Long bready and hoppy finish. A decent one that drinks easy. 151124

Bottle, courtesy of Meilby’s mom. A dense, two-finger off-white colored head over an almost clear golden-orange body. Some lacing. The aroma has a touch of pale malts and yeast, with oranges, citrus zest and pine cones. It’s medium bodied and quite effervescent, quite dry. Herbal, piney and citrusy hoppyness in the mouth, decent bitterness and just a touch of pale malts. Long hop dominated finish. Too yeasty this one too, but sure drinkable. 151124

Bottle, courtesy of meilby’s mom. An unclear orange colored beer topped by a dense, finger-thick off-white head that lasts and leaves some lacing. There’s some chalky yeastyness in the aroma, with oranges, some faint banana and a touch of lemon and pale malts. It’s almost equally yeasty on the palate, rather effervescent, dry, and with flavors of pale malts in the back. Orange zest and a touch of lemon in the flavor, lasting for a good while. Too yeasty this one, but there’s some nice things in the back. 151124

Bottle. It pours an unclear dark orange-golden body under a dense, finger-thick beige head leaving some lacing. The aroma is on the hoppy side, orangey and piney, with a touch of malty sweetness in the back. Pleasant carbonation level, it’s full-bodied and with a faint warmth. Nice bitterness, pine cones, oranges and some grassy hints in the flavor. Pale malts sweetness in the back. Lasting hop dominated finish. Quite nice this one, tasteful and quite easy drinkable. 151010

Bottle split at Bruce’s pad, thanks to Rilester, 04/11/14. Hazed orange amber with decent off white spotting and edgework. Nose is bitter citric peel, tangerine, peach, bread dough, melon. Taste comprises light pine, tangerine, citric peel, light spice, mandarin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a dose of hop bitterness. Decent enough IPA.
