A lightly pinkish golden cider with aroma of sweet apple pulp, light berries, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet yet tart apples with light acidity, light mineral notes, nice. Bottle at Mondial des Cidres 2015.

12 oz. bottle, pours a clear colour with no head. Aroma brings out lightly sweet apples. Flavour is light to medium sweet, with weak apple notes. Really weak and thin, with no life. Pretty terrible.

375mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden with a tiny white head. Aroma is quite sugary and somewhat tart with apples. Flavour brings out sugary sweet apples, caramelized sugar, and a very slight tartness. Very sugary sweet, not as refine as, say, the La Face de la Cachee ice ciders. Great stuff.

Bottle at Max’s 30th. Pours reddish mahogany. Nose and taste of concentrated frozen apple, light acid, sugared frozen apple and touch of florals. Medium body. Lovely balance.

It pours a golden color, thick. It’s expectedly sweet, fruity, with a good degree of acidity.
Pleasant as all Ice Ciders, balanced, but not too deep, and with a relatively short final.

Sampled from the bottle. Poured a clear ruby red with visible carbonation and no head whatsoever. Aroma was sweet with apples but balanced by a bit of a crab apple note. Flavor was more tart throughout with a good amount of acidity.

Sampled from the bottle. Poured a clear pale with visible carbonation but no head whatsoever. Aroma was boozy with sweet candied apples. Flavor was similar with very sweet apples giving a candied note and a boozy finish.

Sampled from the bottle. Poured a nice clear ruby red with no head whatsoever. Aroma was full of tart apples with a bit of a crab apple note and enough sweetness to balance. Flavor began with tart apples that was balanced by a slight sweetness. Finish was more tart, reminded me a bit of crab apples. Really worked for me.
