Bottle. Alot more acidic than I expected, very tart, and a touch rough around the edges. Hints if tart apple skins, and semi sweet apple flesh. It’s not bad, but I’d prefer a touch more sweetness. This is quite dry, and tart, but refreshing. Interesting cider.

Very very tart apple flavour, super crisp macintosh flavour and Aroma. Hops are hard to find, maybe some subtle green grassy notes, but this is mostly tart apple.l juice. Not bad, not great.

Great tart aroma of apples, and some floral honey notes. Flavor is very tart, and refreshing. A great sparkling cider, wonderful for a summer onthe golf course.

A pink lemonade like cider with aroma of sweet apple, light candy sugar, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, sweet pop like cider with sweet apple jam, light candy, light lemon notes, OK. Can at Bières et Saveurs de Chambly 2024.

Poured a deep clear red color cider with loads of carbonatation. Taste is a mix of fresh apple with a very dry (sec) finish with no discernible residual sugar notes. Enjoyable but dryer then expected.
