A lightly rose cider with aroma of tart apples, light mineral notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple juice with light mineral notes, light acidity, nice and smooth. Bottle/can at Mondial des Cidres 2019.

A blonde effervescent cider with aroma of light sweet apple, light mineral notes, light cork, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet apple jam with light acidity, light mineral notes, nice résiduel sugars, very nice. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau été 2018.
