RBSG Crystal clear salmon colored body. The aroma is tart apple sweetness with a bit of alcohol. Flavor that is delivered follows the aroma perfectly. Nice.

Bottle: Poured a sparkling medium yellow color cider with a real barnyard aroma to it. Quite dry with a slight feel of rotten apples. Overall, this is an above average sparkling dry cider.

2005? Bottle shared by tiggmtl with Muzzlehatch and myself. White color with the tiniest, tiniest bit of light pale-yellow tinge, barely noticeable. Champagne effervescence and a fizzy, white bubbly head. Aroma of champagne yeast, white grapes, green apples, some notes of minerals. Flavor is medium-dry, a bit of sweet/sour cheesiness and a tingly, bubbly carbonation. Medium body, almost a touch of syrupiness. Good, but not memorable.

Bottle: Poured a light clear yellow cider with very little carbonation. Aroma is quite weak with some light fresh apple noticeable. Taste is extremely dry and tart without any sweetness; I like dry and tart taste as much as anybody but it need to be balance a bit with some sweetness, which is not the case here. A bit disappointed over this one…

Pale gold; aroma of apple, leather, slight barnyard, underlying alcohol. Slightly tart, slightly sappy palate. Flavour is of moderately bitter apples, understated alcohol, and a dry wine-like finish.
