On tap at Ology - Tampa, pours jet black with a tiny head. Aroma is dominated by the banana upfront, which drowns out all else—none of the other adjuncts are all that present—with a touch of bourbon in there. Flavour is super rich and much more cohesive, with intense banana, accentuated by bourbon, toasted nuts, and a touch of sherry. That banana comes through beautifully. One of the best banana beers I’ve had.

On tap at Ology - Tampa, pours black with almost no head. Aroma is full of intense coconut, toasted pecans, honey, and bourbon barrels. Flavour is remarkably complex and decadent, with intense pecans, coconut, honey, and bourbon barrels. Absolutely decadent and beautifully blended. Complex, refined, assertive. Incredible.

On tap at Ology - Tampa, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is full tangy NZ hops, melon, gooseberry, and some oats. Flavour is dank and tangy, with lots of gooseberry, dank melony hops, and gentle oats. Great hop expression, not too oaty/gloopy. Good stuff.

On tap at Ology - Tampa, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is full of bright cucumber, some lime, saline, and soft wheaty notes. Flavour is not very salinic, mostly expressing the cucumber skins, with a touch of lime. I want more salinity and carb, but it’s well-brewed. Decent.

On tap at Ology - Tampa, pours jet black with a tiny brown head. Aroma is full of rich, deep vanilla, plenty of bourbon, light roast, and some dark sugars. Flavour is dominated by the vanilla, which comes across wonderfully fruity, accentuated by the bourbon barrels, and gentle sugars. Impeccable incorporation of the vanilla. Wonderful.

Flavour is bright and assertively hopped, with lots of piney and grassy hops, tropical melon, and crisp biscuity malt. Big fruity and intensely hoppy finish and yet well-balanced. Great stuff.

On tap at Ology - Tampa, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is pretty weak, not really revealing much Saaz, nor other properties of the style. Flavour is more akin to the style, with spicy Saaz, crisp crackery malt, and some minerality. Needs more hops, more crispness, etc. Decent but underwhelming.
