Description
We’re an experimental brewery, where we create small batch ales that let the wild, funky and maddening flavors of beer converge. Here, we believe that microbes are magical and taste is transcendent. That’s why we constantly work to revive old-world recipes, research ingredient combinations and experiment with new techniques to give you a higher quality beer experience.

Can pours clear orange/red with strong carbonation topped with a thin white head that quickly reduces to lace. Thin watery mouthfeel bursting with tart strawberry/lime flavors, some orange peel bitterness in the background. Crisp, refreshing, very nice sour.

Thanks Sam for sharing the bottle! Wine glass showing slick black with no head.

The nose shows intense notes of deep roasted nuts.

The palate is thick and oily with barely any carbonation. Balanced sweetness with intense nutty notes throughout. This is something else.

Undated can drunk 10/1/25.
Murky, muddy, no head.
Very adjunct heavy with weird fruitiness and light tart notes. Nothing like what I'd expect a stout to smell like, yet the walnut here stands out as done quite well and the beer isn't boozey or sugary.
Strange flavors of mostly walnut and soft caramel. Low carbonation, fair bit of brown sugar with a very watery texture, though not thin. No alcohol noted, with light chocolate in the background. It's far from a Trainwreck but far from anything I'd ever want to drink again.
