Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 07/07/24. Black with a light tan head that thins to spotting. Nose is dark malts, tobacco, nutty, roasted tones, cocoa powder, dried red berries, toffee. Taste comprises chocolate, green chilli, herb, dark malts, roast, spice, molasses, dried berries. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a spike of alcohol and modest chilli heat. Hmmm ... passable ... a touch disjointed for me.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 05/07/24. Blackcurrant red with a crimson cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is red berry pulp, cinnamon, light spice, cherry skins. Taste comprises blueberry yoghurt, tarte raspberries, lactic tang Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow puckering edge. Fun enough sour but as with all these pastry sours ... not enough sour and overly sweet.

Rocky off white head on a murky amber coloured body. Cherry & Parma Violets & Black Forest Gateau aroma. Medium to full bodied, soft & sticky. Marshmallow, tangerine, lemon, cherry & coconut tastes. Far to in depth for my palate.
