Cask at Craft Beer Co - Islington on 17th November 2012. Amber with thin off-white head. Fruity aroma. Grassy and fruity and tangy hops in-mouth. Tangy citrus finish with a touch of salt. Zingy mouthfeel and fair body to strength ratio.

Cask at Craft Beer Co. - Islington, London. Pours clear gold with a fine, white cap. Melon and jammy citrus in the nose. Light sweet flavor with sweet fruits and light sticky grass. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Lightly dry on the finish with lime, citrus and straw. Nice, although the condition is sub-par. I’m sure this could be better.

Craft Islington. Clear dark red - brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is light and dry. Smooth dark malts, very mild coffee - smooth and slightly earthy. Nice fruity tang, a little red berry fruits - well buried. Dry finish. Fresh and tasty.

Craft Islington. Clear gold beer, little white head. Light palate, mild carbonation. Decent but mild hops - pronounced tangerine with a tiny bit of skunk. Finishes semi dry. Simple stuff done very well. Really like the tangerine.

Cask @ Bandstand Bar, Nairn
Amber, clear, frothy white head with good lacing
Aroma - tropical fruits, soft grapefruit citrus hops, sweet pale caramel malt backbone
Taste - citrus hops, tropical fruits, light grassy hops, soft hop resins, some tangy orange, soft bitter zest, quite complex hop profile, soft fruity pale caramel malts in the background
Palate - soft carb, medium body, oily creamy texture, bit acidic. Finish as main flavour, clean finish, bit oily
Overall - This is better cask than on keg (which I didn’t rate) - I prefer Red Rocker over this though

Cask at Craft Beer Co - Islington on 17th November 2012. Deep ruby with creamy coloured head and lacing especially at first. Rich fruity roasty aroma with coffee. Intense coffee flavours and roastiness in-mouth. Rich coffee and fruitiness meet in a pleasant finish, on a slightly grainy texture and medium body. Lovely beer.

From cask at Cloisters. Pours light cloudy with a small, creamy dense and white head. Aroma is peachy, light pine and grapefruity hops. Smooth fruity, pine, light herbal and crisp bitter. Lingering ðry hoppy and mild fruity nto the far finish.

From tap at Inn Deep. Pours hazy deep amber to orange with a small off white head. Aroma is solid hops fruity, grapefruity and light peachy. Bitter, toasted malty, toffee and grapefruity. Dry and smooth bitter into the finish. Lingering fruity and crisp hoppy.
