500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Grassy hoppy and slightly spicy, yeasty spicy aroma, a touch of hay, brine, herbs, unspecific fruitiness somewhere in a region between pear and quince. Taste is dry, hoppy and yeasty spicy, minimally fruity, minimally sweet malty, biscuity-grainy, mild spiciness with hints of diluted brine, a touch of pepper, rather unspecific fruitiness again, closer to peach now. Nice.

Bottle drunk 8/30/18.
Gently hazy, soft-hued, straw-golden with a small, white head atop showing moderate retention.
Nose is a lovely mix of gentle, lightly juicy Brett, hints of cereal grain, fruity Sacch esters and dainty honey from the pils malt. Nothing aggressive whatsoever and the mixed fermenation adds no heavy lactic acid. Guava, kumquat, apple, melon and light lemon-lime with mineral and nutty wheat/biscuit softening the end. No alcohol or flaw.
In the mouth it's soft, malty, supple and well-attenuated with tight carbonation and fruity Brett and Sacch acidity that gives a very gentle tartness. Soft hop notes add yellow fruit, light herbal and fresh grass suggestions, as apple, pear, lime, kumquat and melon linger on the end. Honey and biscuit-like maltiness with no alcohol or flaw. Just a touch of lactic acid gives a bit more intensity. A ton of flavor for 3% and no husk/astringency or overly grainy textures. Very clean stuff, as well, with no sign of any of the bottling problems Kent Falls often has (oxidation, wateriness, dull aromatics/flavors, low carbonation).

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are citrus, fruits, pepper, hops, malt and unfortunately has way too much carbonation.

Bottle @Ulfborg Tasting. Threatening gusher. Hazy pale yellow, huge airy white head. Funky, citrusy and yeasty aroma. Super high carbonation. Funky, malty and yeasty flavour, citrus, yeasty spice. Seriously overcarbonated, nearly kills the flavour.
