Bottle, 5.2%. Slightly hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, lemon, oak, fruit, brett and funky. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, brett, funky, medium sweet, little dry, citric, yeast and a little sour.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, tart, wood. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 150918

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are white wine, fruits, flowers, lactose acid, brett, hops and malt. Nice fruity finish.

Had September 18, 2018. Poured a slightly hazy, kind of dark yellow color with a medium sized white head. Slight tartness, touch floral with citrus. Fizzy. Bold flavors. Decent.

Bottle. Gusher. Color: Hazy yellow golden, frothy white head. Aroma: Malt, yeast, funk, slightly sour. Taste: Saison yeast, subtle funk and lime notes, herbal and peppery hints. Dry mouthfeel. Moderate sweetness and bitterness and very lightly sour. Not the most complex, but just a good dry and low alcohol Saison.

On tap at Tasty Beverages, pours a hazy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out subtle floral hops, a touch of coriander and light salt. Flavour is along the same lines, with fresh citrus, coriander, and a healthy dose of salt. Not getting much hops. Very good.
