Draught @ City Hops. Hazy bright yellow with foamy whitish head, faint citrus aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel taste with a bit of Brett funkiness, thin body, long bitter finish. Well balanced brett IPA.

Dark mahogany-to-ebony. Tan head recedes quickly to ring. Undetermined quality, but probably mostly clear.
Soft, mild and full of chocolate-vanilla. Fruitiness is strong, but again, is well-lagered and shows no punchy/grapey acidity. Just soft, playful, mild acidity and light sweetness even. No alcohol or flaw. Their dark beers always show such depth and softness, with mild cereals and well-developed chocolate-fudge, yet never any syrupy or underfermented character, and this is no exception.
Soft and sweet in the mouth, with fig jam and milk chocolate flavors slowly giving way to light roast and raisin-like acidity. Soft and silky texture with low but mostly tight carbonation. Not overly bitter or acidic but yet not fudgey-syrupy or too sweet either. Very flavorful and complex and barely feels like even 6 or 7%. Awesome stuff.

Bottle. Color: Yellow golden, thin white head. Aroma: Brett, yellow fruit, moderate sour. Taste: Malty, brett notes, hints of apples and wood, notes of soft yellow fruit. Bit vinuous, fresh lightly to moderate sour notes of white grapes and wine. Moderate sour, sweet and bitter. Medium body, slightly below average carbonation. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Pretty complex, nicely balanced wild beer.

At brettfest. Aroma of dry yeast, melon, white grape and malt. Taste has creamy melon, white grape, citrus, bready malt and pineapple. Quite nice.

Heavily hazy, bright pineapple-golden. Huge, fluffy, white head showing strong retention.
Sweaty Mosaic it seems to be, or something along those lines. Lemon-mango-grapefruit with typical rustic, high mineral-like yeast qualities and light biscuit and cereal behind it all from the malt. No alcohol or flaw, but a bit shakey on the hop aromatics....
In the mouth it's twangy melon and very dry pineapple and scratchy, unripe nectarine skin. Melon turns heavily dry and astringent, as peach and heavy bitterness is added, ending bitter with pine and tons of dried apricot. Wonderfully soft texture, as always, from KF. Tight carbonation, chewy, supple malt and high attenuation. But just way too bitter.

Nose is tons of candied peach, lemon and mango with more austere grapefruit and pine hanging lightly around the finish. Malts are sparse, of course. Very clean and quite aromatic.
In mouth it's, again like the previous batches, dry and bitter yet with good dextrinous and/or supple malt depth. Juicy initially, with mango and melon, it dries out considerably, gaining leafy bitterness and becomes rather white grapefruit heavy. Dry, astringent, dominated by the worst aspects of Mosaic, as it wears on. Dry, leafy, bitter, full of pine and pith. As with #2, it needs much more malt depth and sweetness to balance.
