Canned 11/28/17, drunk 1/25/18.
Minimally hazy (slight chill haze), pale, brassy-bronze with good carbonation and a small, but firm white head atop.
Light lemon-lime mixing with cereal-like malts, a pinch of honey and a touch of melon and pepper. Kind of an odd, but intriguing mix of hop notes and surprised to find it's just Northern Brewer. The grain is excellent behind it and clean, crisp with no excess of sugar. No flaw or alcohol.
In the mouth it's incredibly soft, supple, rounded and malty yet very nicely attenuated. Lime sherbet and light lemon with just a touch of sourdough balance the soft malts, adding gentle bitterness and acidity. Tight, engaging carbonation and no flaw or alcohol.

Draught at Gulu Gulu Cafe, 1/13/18.
Quite hazy, yellow-maize-brass. No head.
Lime zest, passion fruit and light pineapple belie the simple citrus and wood to be expected from these two hops. Would never guess either. Must be the house culture has melded and changed the profile and it certainly has done so very nicely. Bright, without much heavy acid, no resin and none of the aggressive orange and unripe tangerine-lime that you get from Azacca often times. No alcohol or flaw. Lactic and Brett acidity lingering gently with bare, biscuity malts providing structure behind it.
Juicy, soft and spritzy in the mouth, it's full of meyer lemon, light tangerine and ruby red grapefruit with star fruit-like tanginess (good tangy). Lime, passion fruit, guava. Really a study in tropical fruit. Dry, well-attenuated, soft and malty. Amazing. Love this brewery.

Draught at Publick House, 1/6/18.
Lightly hazy, soft-toned cranberry-almond meal with a small, beige head showing moderate-to-moderately-low retention.
Not acidic, sharp or intensely fruity in the nose, but with more mild and fruit Brett acids mixing with a surprisingly substantial base malt. Don't get much gose character, but it's not overdone on the lactic acidity and the fruit is very well-integrated and authentic. No alcohol or flaw. Lingering tart, fruity acids are beautifully homogenized.
In the mouth it has a soft, supple texture with tight carbonation and almost chewy, nutty rye-like character with honey, bright red berries and a great interplay of lightly tart lactic and Brett acidity. Great attenuation, good fruit expression, some gentle funk and lingering malt and cranberry. Excellent stuff.
