Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Some citrus notes. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Oily palate.

On tap at Brewberry Bar Paris. Clear pale gold colour no head. Kettle sour aroma some cereal lemon. It's just not my type of beer. Just a kettle sour lemon thing. No bad or off flavours. It's like eating sour sweets. Fun but I wouldn't do it all the time. Sour lemon and lime.

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Pale yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy very bretty aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Some brett notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Lightly-to-minimally hazy, brassy-golden body is topped by a thin, white head showing moderately-low retention.
Light lactic and Brett acids fill the nose, with strong lemon, earth and mild pineapple-nectarine on the end, from the hops. Base malts are noteable, and provide a balancing honey sweetness, as lightly spicy hop notes, more lactic acid and lemon character linger on the finish. Clean, though with funky house character, and no alcohol or resin.
Light, dry but with a touch of sweetness from the malt and fairly engaging carbonation. Typical lactic-lemon character leaves lingering tartness on the back of the teeth as fruity hop notes add to the complexity and also take some of the focus off of the tartness. Lightly juicy pineapple, mango and meyer lemon linger with peppery phenols and no alcohol or flaw.

Lightly-to-minimally hazy, pale, straw-blonde golden body topped by a large white head that falls steadily to cover.
Nose is rather tight, with very strong, perfume-oriented, floral hops. Definitely not your typical earthy, spicy tettnang. So I assume the loral is contributing this sort of odd, lavender and lime essence character. Sharp lemon in there as well. Very low malting apparent behind it; just some cracker and very light biscuit, with very little honey or anything to soften it. Clean, though, and with typical mineral rich house yeast notes. No alcohol.
Very dry, yet dextrinous body has a soft, tightly-carbonated texture. Strong perfumey/spicy hops with more lavender, lemon-lime essence, dry, unripened nectarine skin and more mineral on the finish. There's just a bit too much floral character and it creates some astringency on the palate. Like the Trapped in Habitual Nostalgia beers, it's just way too dry. Just a touch of sweet malt would work wonders here to balance and give some relief to the palate. Otherwise it's clean and shows no alcohol.

Draft at Salud. Hazy yellow color white head. Aroma of citrus, light pineapple. Taste is softly sour lemon and tropical fruit. Nice.

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, brett, funk, yeast, mango and citrus. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium bitter with a long slightly dry, yeasty, brett, mango and citrus finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is fizzy.

500ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average to huge, frothy to macropore, moderately lasting, well lacing, snow-white head. Spicy aroma has notes of brine, dill, gherkin, hoppy hints of lime, lime peel, weak bretty undertones. Taste is dry, spicy, notes of gherkin, dill, hints of brine, some lime, lime peel, pale malty backgrond with subtle residual sweetness.

Bottle from Modern Liquors. Hazy, pale golden, high foamy head fades to small cap. Funky fruity, tart aroma, leads into smoky grainy taste. Not what I was expecting. Labelled as a Gratzer, so it harks back to an earlier time. White grapes, ashy grains, tart and smoky. Give it a while. Initial assault is tempered with time and temperature.

Pours a lightly hazy, drab, lime-green-golden body with a small, off-white head showing low retention.
A bit of light berry, just a hint of fruit and acid, mixes with very minimal mint (not even sure I pick it out), light honey, mineral and a bit of light lactic acidity. As usual, something seems to be off on the bottle and it's severely dull in the nose.
Soft, slick, supple texture seems to signify quite a bit of wheat, as the beer is very dry otherwise. A bit of lighthearted mint spice mixes with light fruit acidity and emerging salt and lactic acid. As with the nose, it's very dull, showing very little depth of flavor be it berry, mint, malt or yeast.
