Description
Already in 1630 a brewhouse was founded on the main square in Pfaffenhofen. The oldest Pfaffenhofen miller (ancestor of the brewing family) is mentioned in official documnts from 1776 and 1779.
Through constant expansion and quality-oriented production, the former brewhouse and later house brewery became a growing and respected brewery over the generations, which has had a significant influence on the cityscape of Pfaffenhofen since then.
