(Keg at One Pint Pub, 20241227) The beer poured dark brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and nearly white. Aroma had grass, molasses, biscuits and caramel. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, toasted malts, molasses, biscuits and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. This beer had all the features a proper bock should have. The aroma was a little bit too light. I especially liked the fact that the sweetness was mostly subtle.

0,75l bottle shared @ Remedy, cellar's treasures tasting. Pours very dark brown with a low tan head. Aroma is dry roasted malts with coffee. Flavor is dry roasted malts, coffee, hops. Very good.

A hazy bright golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of fresh grassy and citrusy hops, yeast, yellow stone fruits. Taste of fresh grassy hops, citra, stone fruits. Good.

(Draught at Bräugier Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin, 14 Aug 2024) Golden amber colour with frothy, tan head. Malty, fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, peaches, tropical fruit and pine needles. Malty, hoppy taste with crisp-bread, grapefruit, orange peel, apricots, pine needles, toffee and a generous citric/piney bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty, with a generous hop profile and malt to back it up. Very nice.

Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of orange, pineapple, mango, peaches, herbs, white bread and a balanced citric/tropical bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Rich and juicy, with fresh hops and a good malt backbone. Very nice.

Rich hop character with a solid bitterness. Very nice.
