A hazed blonde ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with fruity esters, resinous and piney hops, tropical fruit, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with citrusy floral hops, tropical fruit, light butter notes, very nice and smooth. On tap at Craft beer market, Ottawa.

Licorice and roast. Smooth feel, almost like, silky. Pours black with good head and lacing. Bittersweet finish. Tap.

Bouteille 500ml, gracieuseté de msjpearson, Thanks Mike! Couleur dorée translucide, mousse beige pâle abondante. Arôme de houblon résineux, agrumes, malt pâle, miel. Goût d'agrumes (pomélo, citron), houblon résineux, malt pâle, acidité moyenne-faible, amertume moyenne. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen-faible.

Bouteille 500ml, gracieuseté de msjpearson, Thanks Mike! Couleur jaune-orangée voilée, mousse beige très pâle onctueuse. Arôme de malt un peu mielleux, raisin, levure, rose. Goût de raisin, houblon fruité, malt, acidité moyenne-faible, pratiquement aucune amertume, le taux d'alcool est imperceptible. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen-faible.

Poured a cloudy light yellow colour with a frothy, white head. Scents of grapefruit, juniper and yeast. Nice lacing. First swig was smooth with lots of hop flavour. Other flavours of cream and grapefruit. Finish is bitter with citrus hop lingering.

This IPA Poured a cloudy, light amber colour with a bright white, creamy head. Scents of flowers, pineapple, orange and lemon citrus. First swig was pure citrus. Flavours of of citrus hops take over the palate with a vengeance. Finish is grapefruit juice all the way.

Draft - Pine and grapefruit peel. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Pithy bitterness and pith throughout. A bit muddled and the fresh citrus doesn’t shine.
