Description

(bottle) Clear, bubbly golden coloured hue with a big foamy white head. Sweet and grainy malty nose with an ascorbic citric and doughy touch. Sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied with a flat carbonation. Pale malty, slightly strawy taste with notes of sour-dough; moderately sweet malty and slim finish with a faint level of bitterness. Not completely bad but very boring. 06.IX.09

Bottled. A pale golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of straw and some lemon. The flavor is very sweet and very lemony - somewhat artificial, but also with a touch of straw, leading to an artificial finish.

(bottle) Hazy, murky brown colour with a big and dense, slightly beige foamy head. Sweet, moderately yeasty and wheaty aroma with soft toasty and nutty accents, restrained fruity notes and shy phenolic spices. Shy sweet and slightly sour flavour, rather light bodied with a calm carbonation. Shy toasted and moderately wheaty and fruity taste with a slightly sourish and wheaty finish.
