Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of pineapple, citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, fruity/funky/acidic/spicy yeast, lactose, and pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of pineapple, citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, fruity/funky/acidic/spicy yeast, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitter/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitter/tart/tangy/spiciness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy, and acidic/tangy/tannic/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is a fantastic fruit/hopped milkshake sour. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of pineapple, citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, fruity/funky/acidic/spicy yeast, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/refreshing to drink with the mellowly bitter/spicy/tart/tangy/drying finish. Nicely soft and mellowly lactic for the style. Fantastic balance of juicy pineapples, Brett/Lacto complexity, and vibrant/dank/earthy Galaxy hops; with a great lactose and pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding spot on style example. Loved the hop profile as expected. Not overwhelming on any aspect.
