Third of a pint on 21st Sep 2020 in the brewhouse at Chester, part of a three beer flight. Light haze to the golden pour, hand-pulled cask, thin white head. Not in great condition really, fruity front to the nose and taste with some semi-sweet maltiness for balance.

Third, keg at the brewhouse, shared with Finn. Misty amber body, spotty lacing, Low off-white head. Moderate smell of fruity caramel. Bread, caramel and ripe fruity flavours. Bittersweet finish. Pleasing to a certain degree. (Chester 26.01.2020).

Cask, third shared with Finn at the brewhouse. Covering white hed, unclear golden, dotted spots. Mid-sweet smell of dried fruits and caramel. Mixed taste of apricot and caramel malts. More sweet than bitter to the ending. Medium bodied. Satisfying. (Chester 26.01.2020).

Third, cask at Brewhouse & Kitchen. Shared with Finn. Spotty lacing from a small sized white head, bright warm golden body. Modest grassy hops on the nose, dry and mid-sweet. Fruity caramel to the taste buds, joined by herbal hops. Ends mid-sweet. Fair enough. (Chester 26.01.2020).
