Pours a light hazy golden colour and a small dense white head with little retention. Aroma's: piney, spruce, some citrus as well. Retronasal it's also quite piney, with citrus and light malt. Flavour is light moderate bitter and light malty sweet with hints of fruity sourness. Medium bodied. Finishes with increasing bitterness.

Pours an almost black body and a creamy light beige head that stays till the end. Aroma's: roast, coffee grind. Retronasal there's additional sweetness and some coffee sourness. Flavour is light sweet, roasty. Creamy/velvetty mouthfeel. Finishes with some roast and lighr bitterness.

Gorgeous, but oh for a really sour beer

Draught @ the taproom (rating from the backlog circa 2020). Dark opaque brown with a small foamy beige head, faint coffee aroma, low carbonation, bitter coffee-cardamom taste, thin body, long bitter finish. Decent stout.

DRaught @ the taproom (rating from 2020 backlog). Faintly cloudy reddish amber with a small frothy beige head, caramel malt aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter caramel malt taste, thin body, long medium bitter finish. Nice festbier.

Draught @ the taproom. Clear golden with a very small frothy off-white head, faint malt aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter lightly caramelized malty taste with lemon peel, thin body, long finish. Well hopped lager.

Rating from my backlog. Clear golden yellow with a small foamy whitish head, faint malt aroma, high carbonation, mildly astringent malty taste, thin body, abrupt finish. Not really crisp but good enough.

Draught @ the taproom. Clear light golden with faint honey aroma, high carbonation, mildly bitter malty taste with faint honey flavor, thin body, long finish with honey aftertaste. Nice brew.

Draught at the brewpub, very little head, murky darkish orange, pomelo, onion and dunk, a bit of flowers, grapefruit and a hint of pine, mellow empathic herbal bitterness. Really nice
