Sour beers with mom at the source. This will go well. Hazy, honey gold pour. Twangy kettle nose, sour pineapple dominant with a bit of Skittles. Dusty texture, incredibly acidity & tart. Slight guava floral is nice but this is mostly sour pineapple. Finish has a faint melted Skittles & lime cocktail thing going. Extra carbed, thin, so acidy. Tis okay.

Watching movies on silent at the Focal Point bar with mom. Clear, classic premium color, lingering froth. Premium lager nose, gentle sweet grain with a slight sulfur too-freshness. Buttery crackers, bittersweet, strong herbal hop profile, strong acid, lingering on the palate. Good.

Beers with mom at the source, 12/5/24. Hazy, orange, oily pour with thin lace. Floral sweet mango nose, gentle wheat. Juicy, extra yeasty wheat body, cream, slight hit of pineapple acid on the finish. Really natural mango but it's still a difficult wheat beer that falls flat after a few minutes. Cheers.

Just in from a blustery walk. First one at the bar with mom. Uniform, hazy pale orange, heady stemware pour. Heavy coriander, fennel, & baking spice nose. Banana, yeasty, frothy, faintly sour, chem, estery, a little too much baking spice. Frothy, full, a touch strong, some acid. Not my favorite.

Notes from 11/01/18 @ Bad Seed BK. Pint glass. Murky brown pour. Yeasty, doughy, mildly spiced scent. Texture is quite yeasty. Toasty grain, faint squash of sorts, clove, banana. Thin, dry & mildly sweet. Comes off more like an old dunkel.

Draught at source: pours gold with white head. Grassy, lightly tropical hops, some citrusy notes. Smooth and fruity. Pretty solid.

At source: orange with white head. Aroma is pumpkin spice, some saison yeast. Very pumpkin. Excessive. But fine I guess.

Draught at source: pours orange haze with white head. Aroma is citrusy and fruity. Taste is sweetish, low bitterness and some tang.

Draight at source: pours brown with off white head. Aroma is cherry, dark fruit, malt. Taste is sweet and rather fruity. Pretty good.
