Sample at the brewpub. Hazy orange-gold color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. The aroma is citrusy hops and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of grapefruit, grassy hop and malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the brewpub. Cloudy golden color with a medium thick white head that recedes gradually to an outer ring. Partial rings of lace. Citrus, grassy hops and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hops, grapefruit and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the brewpub. Hazy amber color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Strings of lace. The aroma consists of coffee, vanilla and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of roasted coffee, vanilla and bready malt. The finish is sweet with a vanilla coffee aftertaste. Decent overall.

Pour at State of Origin 2018. Pours a clearish orange copper with a finger of foam that dissipates. Brett forward nose with horseblanket, lemon, grass and oak aromas. Quite tart and woody on the palate, some grassy lingering woody brett notes on the finish. Not bad, but quite vinegary compared to some of the other beers at the festival.

Draft at State of Origin. Pours a hazy, dark pink with a finger of rose colored head. Creamy yogurt and blueberry aromas on the nose. Smooth and creamy texture with a strong blueberry yogurt feel. Lingering tart yogurt and blueberry notes.

Draft at the source. Clear amber brown color small tan head. Vanilla aroma on a cocoa background. Taste has chocolate, vanilla, plums. Nice.
