Great Tripel. Florals and lemon. Coriander and clove. Golden pour with good head. Light sweet finish. Breezy but flavourful. Tap at Sovereign.

Bottle shared by maniac at our 5/1/22 tasting. Hazy orange, thin tan head. Aroma of stone fruit, funk, leather, berry. Taste is lemon, berry, funk. Very sour, bright. Nice beer. 100th North Carolina brewery!!!!

Bottle at Foeder For Thought. Pours a cloudy orange gold with medium off white head. The aroma is yeast, earth, spice, pumpkin. Slick body, yeast, funk, light pumpkin, barnyard, nice tartness, very good.
