Bottle from Eurodeli, Tilst. Clear dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, rye bread and burnt brown sugar. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. 090226

Foam- thin to medium, malt, caramel, roast, some sweetness and more roasted caramel. Head is small to medium, dark brown goes away fast.
Appearance- generic cap, simple basic label, but looks classic. Very dark brown, basically black in color. Weak carbonation.

150ml, sample tray at Valmiermuiža Alus Tirgotava. Off-white head, deep copper coloured body, scattered lacing. Malty aromas, mid-sweet caramel, inviting. Rather sweet taste of lightly buttery caramel and ripe fruits. Sweet malty caramel to the finish. Decent. A tad too sweet though. (Riga, 09.11.2025).
