Description
Ripple Steam began brewing commercially on a farm in Kent in 2012 and gradually expanded. The brewery produced bottled beers as well as cask ales. It also produced a selection of artisan beers according to season.

Cask at the 2018 Chelmsford & Mid Essex Beer & Cider Festival. Pours dark gold with a small off-white head. Aroma of hop, fruit, caramel and flowers. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness. Light body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.
