Mit der Permon-Permon-Brauerei verbinde ich einige gute Erinnerungen, darum freue ich mich das ich dieses Bier 🍺 in einer Craftbierbar in Bratislava sehe.
Es ist ein klassisches Sauerbier, dass mit allerlei Früchten 🍍🥭🍋🟩 verfeinert wurde, was ganz gut gelungen ist. So ist es zwar recht sauer, aber bleibt doch gut trinkbar ohne zu übertreiben.
Sicher nix für klassische Biertrinker, aber als Special echt fein.

From tap @ Meetnica in Bratislava. Head is big, white, good retention. Colour is pale gold, hazy. Aroma is nice citrus, roasted onion, tropical fruits, oats. Taste is medium malty base, citrus, grapefruit, pineapple, yellow berries, tropical fruits, nice balanced bitterness, medium carbonation, refreshing, enjoyed for sure.

Tap at Diego. Murky yellow body, thick off-white head. Solid dank presence, bit citric, DMS in cooked corn form, bit tart. Earthy, beety smooth taste, good body, creamy, light enough, vague peach, but the hell is this hop profile? Some leftover beets dropped in the mash? Nah, not good.

Murky yellow. Aroma is passion fruit, guava, no mango, light toast. Taste is fresh sour juice with little hop bitterness. Lively and fresh on the tongue. Nice.

Thinnish bod, med carbo. Med bitter, light sweet. Light burnt grainy character. Med-light classic citrusy fruity hops, nothing groundbreaking going on here. Cleanish, drinkable, goodish.

# 4953; 4/2026. Zesty, light cardboard, fruity, citrus aroma. Clear gold body, white head. Zesty, fruity, bisquit, light carboard. Lighter body, medium carbonation. Closer to golden ale than to bohemian light pale lager, good beer. 0,5 l, draught, craft beer pub, Cheb (Egerland, CZ).

Keg at Liquid Dreams 26. Opaque amber. Thick foamy white head. Aroma has light floral notes and yeah... flavourwise has light bitterness and caramel.. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Watery stuff.

Clear golden pour with a thick wide head. Aroma is grapefruit, marmalade/orange, mango. Taste is grapefruit, orange zest, malt, mango, herbs - decent bitter finish as well. Not bad.

Thin body, med-high carbo. A bit watery. Barely med bitter, light sweet. Malt in background. Hops-centered, but kinda restrained, med grassy, lemony citrus, light zesty, grapey. Not nearly IPA level. Drinkable, clean, but lacking cojones.
