Omnipollo® is a beer production company founded by brewer Henok Fentie and artist Karl Grandin in 2010 with a shared vision of changing the perception of beer — forever.
We brew a plethora of styles to explore what beer has and can become. As a joint and equal partnership between a brewer and a graphic artist our creative process has come to resemble the work shop of other pop cultural expressions such as music.
Our beers are always a collaborative effort and we brew at breweries in all corners of the world. This approach means we get to stay curious, grounded and tuned in. Much like that good house guest.

Sample from 650 ml. bottle. Pitch black with a small, tan head. Sweet aroma with roasted malts, chocolate, coffee and vanilla. Some cocoa and licorice. Taste is sweet. Full body, super creamy texture. Finishes dry and roasted with cholate. Lovely stout however, did not pick up any maple syrup.

Bottle at BrewDog Stockholm. Black with a large tan head. Aroma of dark chocolate, licorice, wood and some light smoke. Similar taste. Also notes of "milk" and some toffee and grass. The body was full with a medium carbonation.

Grumlig ljus . Fruktig doft. Någon parfyrmerad smak med tydliga grapetoner. Rejält besk . Påminner om många Amager öl eller 1000 IBU den lågalkoholhaktiga versionen..

Draft at Torst. Pours orange with white head and nose of tropical fruits and hops. Tastes of mandarin oranges, spruce, caramel, honey, floral and a touch of herbaceousness. Not too sticky and alcohol warming on finish

A Maryland beer with a Swedish recipe! Bottle sample at The Festival. Black color, brown head. Aroma of sweet milk chocolate. Taste is similar.

22 fl oz bottle. Pours dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is dark roasted malty and chocolate. Thick malty and dark chocolate, tarish and dark roasted malty into a roasted finish. Light fruity note. Dark chocolate finish.

Bottle in the CBC2013 line courtesy of rlgk. Pours pitch black with a huge frothy and creamy mocha head that slowly dissipates while leaving some thick and sticky lacing and trace on the glass. Smell is sweet and malty with roasted malts, sweet dark bread, dark roast coffee, bitter chocolate, charred wood, smoke and peat. Taste is sweet, bitter, malty and tiny metallic with roasted malts, dark roast coffee, bitter chocolate, charred wood, burnt caramel, sweet dark bread and hints of smoke and peat. Mouthfeel is round, creamy, tiny roasted astringent and medium to full bodied. Finish is bitter and very tiny sour with roasted malts, dark roast coffee, very dark high cocoa chocolate, charred wood, peat and hints of leather, dried dark fruits and soil. Pretty good...

Bottle 330ml. @ home.Unclear medium yellow orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, mango, tropisk fruit. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and heavy bitter with a long duration, fruity, peel bitter, almost harsh. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130201]
