Omnipollo® is a beer production company founded by brewer Henok Fentie and artist Karl Grandin in 2010 with a shared vision of changing the perception of beer — forever.

We brew a plethora of styles to explore what beer has and can become. As a joint and equal partnership between a brewer and a graphic artist our creative process has come to resemble the work shop of other pop cultural expressions such as music.

Our beers are always a collaborative effort and we brew at breweries in all corners of the world. This approach means we get to stay curious, grounded and tuned in. Much like that good house guest.

On tap at Pressklubben, June 2013. Hazy orange with a small white head. An ok aroma of citrus, peach some grass and grape. The taste was too bitter, harsh and unbalanced for my liking. I did not finish the glass.

Bottled. A black beer iwth a brown head. THe aroma has notes of roasted malt and bread. The flavor is sweet with ntoes of malt and bread, leading to a dry finsihn.

33 cL bottle. Pours dark brown to black with a small, thick, creamy and tan head. Aroma is vanilla, dark malty and chocolate. Smooth toasted and caramelish. Bitter and dark malty finish.

Draft at Bar Kino, Göteborg. Shared with Gnoff, and both of us were unable to finish the gallop we got. Dorée-foin trouble, col crémeux beige. Arôme de levure, note houblonné renfermé qui donne l’impression de prendre une respiration profonde dans un sac de houblons. Citronné avec un côté grains; riz et maïs dominant et des effluves rappelant des feuilles vertes bouillies. Palais donne un léger côté fumé, assez sec en bouche avec ce côté épais de riz qui ressort bcp trop. Pointe épicée sur la fin, venant des houblons et laissant un profil fruité et herbacé qui peinent à balancer la teneur en grains, fini sec et poussiéreux Juste qcq chose qui ne va pas ici, vraiment dur à fini et à apprécier.

330ml bottle from Kihoskh, Copenhagen

BBE 16/01/14 -- Pours dark reddish brown with a large foamy white head. Aroma of fruits, berries, hints of sweet caramel and malts. Taste is malty, caramely and slightly fruity with hints of herbal notes, rye, berries and grassy hops. Finish is dry and bitter with some hints of sugary, perhaps even slightly tart berries and grassy hops. Okay, surprisingly complex amber ale, but feels a bit unbalanced.

Draught at Bar Kino, Göteborg, on June 7, 2013.Cloudy apricot color, off-white head. Hoppy, sweet, herbal scent. Herbal, bitter, dry taste. Fizzy mouthfeel, high bitterness. Herbal, dry, bitter aftertaste.Even with a fairly small glass shared on two people this beer was too rough and unbalanced to be finished, so left a bit of it. Smells nice, OK for sampling as well, but I would not want to be really drinking this one.

Appearance clear golden with heavy white head Verona citrus and pine. Fairly hoppy. Taste strong on the Palate with long strong flavors of citrus and overtones of bitterness

From a 33 cl bottle shared at home. Pours a clear pale gold with a thick white head. Floral hop aroma. Nice mellow mouthfeel with light carbonation. Flavors of grass and citrus. Sharp bitter lingering finish.
