Description
Omnipollo® is a beer production company founded by brewer Henok Fentie and artist Karl Grandin in 2010 with a shared vision of changing the perception of beer — forever.
We brew a plethora of styles to explore what beer has and can become. As a joint and equal partnership between a brewer and a graphic artist our creative process has come to resemble the work shop of other pop cultural expressions such as music.
Our beers are always a collaborative effort and we brew at breweries in all corners of the world. This approach means we get to stay curious, grounded and tuned in. Much like that good house guest.

On tap at McGillicuddy's in Williston, VT.
Appearance: semi-hazy orange in color with a big puffy white foamy head which dissipated to leave some light lace
Aroma: some tropical fruity notes with lemon or orange zest (maybe both), light grains and some hay
Flavor: slightly blends the prior noted aromas together in a bitter to zesty then sweet sort of way (perhaps a bit odd in my mind); finishes somewhat zesty and tropical fruity
Texture: light bodied, sessionable, some smoothness, slightly soft.
Overall: there's something good going on here and somewhat hard to put my finger all the way on it, I think I would come back to this again.

Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: pale yellow in color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated slowly to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet grains, subtle freshly cut grass, light notes of some yeast and some biscuity malts
Flavor: blends all the prior noted aromas together semi-sweet with a touch of funky character; mild finish of the grass, grains and the yeast
Texture: light bodied, sessionable, some carbonation seems to cling to the tongue
Overall: not a bad beer but nothing to really go out of my way for, not sure if it's because I'm not into champagne. However, I bet this beer might go well with it's respected food.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: yellow woody toned with a one finger white foamy head which dissipated fairly nice to leave some sly lace.
Aroma: sweet grains, grassy hops, some grapefruity hops and a light dose of other citrusy hops; clean malts further underneath
Flavor: bittersweet and semi-juicy while combining the prior noted aromas; finishes semi-crisp with the grassy hoppiness and malts
Texture: between light and medium bodied, sessionable; good smoothness along the tongue
Overall: nice enough IPA but I don't see this as a NEIPA

Can into tulip.
Appearance: ruby red colored with a finger's worth of white to semi-pink foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: red raspberries, black raspberries and some black currants too? Yeah, I think so or maybe that's just how the black raspberries are possibly coming across; then a nice light vanilla/pastry creamy fixture blending in underneath
Flavor: melds all those prior noted aromas together juicy sweet to tart with a nice balance of sour to meet in the middle; finishes with the raspberry to vanilla-ish flavors
Texture: between light and medium bodied, between sessionable and being a sipper; some tartness hits the tongue but then the pastry/vanilla effects seem to stop that part quaintly
Overall: pretty nicely done pastry sour which plays the part of being a good evening dessert beer.

A bit sad that they brew this beer, in Belgium, the heineken holding for the craft beer like mikeller of the way of bobo country. Even though and to be objective, I have found this beer good, a classical and original pale ale, mineral, dry, side of hay, 20.05.20, purchased at the coop city Bern, trying it at Epalinges.

0.33l can. Aroma of caramel, roasted malt, coffee, tropical and dried fruit. Pours cloudy dark brown color with large soapy light brown head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts refreshing citrusy and tropical fruity with solid roasted malty backbone, following is ashy and coffeeish, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is dry and mild bitter. Light to medium body, slick texture and soft carbonation in palate. Mild & comfortable…
