Bottle. Color: Hazy golden to amber, white head. Aroma: Wheat, vinuous notes, tart hints. Taste: Very smooth mouthfeel, wheat malt,yeasty, vinuous, white wine / white grapes, Light sweet and tart, moderate bitterness. Some oak and tannins at dry-ish finish. Just under medium body, under average carbonation. Bit unbalanced and bit thin. Not bad, but I had higher expectations.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 12.2026) im 2022-04 getrunken. Dieses Ale kommt mit deutlicher Hefe und hellen Weintrauben Aromen daher. Die Säure ist eher schwach und der Körper könnte etwas kräftiger sein. Aber dennoch ist das hier ein sehr gelungendes Ale.

Thuis uit een flesje. Licht gouden kleur, troebel. Roomwit schuim. Aroma lastig, want verkouden. Smaak licht zoet, bloemig. Redelijke tripel, maar geen Belgische topper.
