Keg at the Brewpub in Pilzen Day 3 of Fergus and Sarah’s Czech jaunt. 1/10/14. Clear mahogany brown coloured pour with a very sticky cream coloured head. Aroma is woody bark and caramel and big acetone, nail polish remover. Flavour is composed of sticky sweet meaty caramel, acetone, woody and shit. Palate is flabby underfermented bollocks. Fuck this i’m getting a headache.

Keg at the Brewpub in Pilzen Day 3 of Fergus and Sarah’s Czech jaunt. 1/10/14. Haxed golden coloured pour with a big frothy creamy head that lasts. Aroma is big fermenting grass, sileage. hop matter, sprouts, sweaty wort. Flavour is composed of sweaty grains, underfermented, spicy veg hop, vegetable stew. Palate is semi-sweet, nutty, highiish carbonation. Pretty bad TBH, Lingering veg and spicy hoop.
