14/5/2022. Can shared by SHIG, cheers. Pours very dark brown with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of milky coffee, vanilla, chocolate custard, cocoa, light roasted malt, hint of mushroom. Medium sweetness, moderate roasted bitterness. Moderate body, slightly creamy, soft carbonation. Quite liked it.

Can from The Misty Bottle. It pours clear brown with a dissipating white head. The aroma is quite of earthy, green, savoury/ umami vibes, then some fresh piney hops, biscuit and orange marmalade. The taste is dry, bitter, earthy, piney, sappy, resin, biscuit, green, umami, savoury, touch of saltiness, orange marmalade and light spice with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Wasn't sure what to expect, but it works somehow.

Can at Rasaay Distillery. It pours clear pale straw yellow / gold with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is quite savoury actually, salted crackers, minerality, mellow rhubarb and a touch of sherbet. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, puckering, sour, savoury, minerality, slightly lactic, rhubarb, salted cracker, drying, light tannin, twist of lemon - lime, sherbet and refreshers. Finish is firmly dry. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Crisp and puckering. Refreshing stuff.
